Guests will enjoy a special à la carte menu, co-created by Novikov’s own Chef Alberto Dorigo and Chef Marco Lubian, in collaboration with pioneering Emirati talent Chef Muna Al Mansoori.

- Emirati Majboos risotto with grilled spiced chicken
- Novikov’s signature pizza topped with Qasheed fish and black lime
